Job Description

Are you an experienced Pest Control Technician tired of spending half your shift stuck in traffic on the M62? Do you feel like you are working harder than ever just to cover miles instead of treating pests?

At Copley Pest Solutions, we’ve completely ripped up the traditional pest control rulebook. We operate a strict “Geographic Hub” model. We don’t do cross-county ping-pong routing. If you live in Bradford, you work in Bradford. Period.

We are currently looking for a driven, customer-focused technician living within the BD1 to BD19 postcode area to take over our highly concentrated Bradford territory (The “Bradford Defender” role).

📍 The Role: Work Smarter, Not Harder

Forget the chaotic 14-job days spread across 50 miles. We operate the “5/3 Hub Rule”:

Maximum 5 routine commercial contracts per day.

3 open slots reserved strictly for high-value, local reactive emergencies.

You will be anchored to specific micro-clusters in Bradford each day. Your drive time drops by 30%, meaning you spend your time doing high-quality work, earning high-tier bonuses, and getting home on time.

Required Qualifications/Experience

✅ What You Need

Must be based within the BD1 – BD19 postcode area. (Strict requirement to maintain our zero-travel model).

RSPH / BPCA Level 2 Award in Pest Management (or equivalent).

A full, valid UK Driving Licence.

A proactive, “business-owner” mindset. You aren’t just spraying bugs; you are managing the environmental health of your specific Bradford territory.

Exceptional customer service skills—we are a premium Tier-2 provider and our doorstep experience is everything.
