This week is the last of our weekly reviews. We are transitioning to monthly reviews as we feel these will be more impactful, informative, and reflective of the breadth of work being done to support you, our members.
As we look to December, I’m thrilled to announce that we now have over 12 new member benefits confirmed for launch next month, with many more close to being finalized. These benefits are designed to enhance the value of your membership, not only for your businesses but also for your employees. Stay tuned for full details in the coming weeks.
Key Updates This Week:
- TAF Award Submission
We’ve officially submitted our application for the ‘Large Trade Show Event of the Year’ award for PestTech 2024. With over 1,200 attendees, 74 exhibitors, and a lineup of engaging activities, we are proud to showcase this as the industry’s leading event.
- Website Enhancements
Final touches have been made to our new homepage, ‘About Us’ section, and membership area. These updates will be followed by more enhancements in other areas of the website as we move forward. These will make the website a better tool for members and their potential clients alike.
- 2025 Membership Fees and Membership Applications
We remain committed to keeping fees reasonable amidst industry-wide increases. 2025 membership fees will go live on the website next Friday, along with the introduction of an online application form that will simplify the application process.
- PestTech 2024 Feedback & Planning
The response to PestTech 2024 has been overwhelmingly positive:

- 86% of respondents indicated they plan to attend PestTech 2025.
- The event received a 4.51 out of 5 rating.
Thank you to everyone who provided feedback—your input is invaluable as we plan an even more successful PestTech 2025. Improvements are already underway based on your suggestions – as you can appreciate, the event takes a year of planning to be the success it is.
- Growing Member Benefits
In addition to the 12+ confirmed new benefits, we’re in advanced discussions to secure even more offerings that align with your needs. These will further enhance the value of being an NPTA member as we head into 2025.
- ERA Training
The free webinar on Thursday was extremely well received, with very positive feedback. If you’re not totally confident at completing Environmental Risk Assessments, or find the process onerous, then how about joining the next webinar? Let Maxine know you are interested.
