This week has been all about PestTech and CRRU. Our annual PestTech event was a tremendous success, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our incredible team and partners.
A special thank you to Donna, Maxine, and Grahame Turner for their efforts in organising and managing every detail on the day to ensure a smooth event.
We’d also like to recognise Steve Hallam – this year marked his last PestTech as our COO, and his contributions over the years have truly helped shape this event into what it is today.
A huge thank you as well to Paul, John, , Martyn Belcher, and their partners for their invaluable support and help setting up and during PestTech.
Of course, PestTech wouldn’t be possible without the support of our sponsors and supporters, including Killgerm Chemicals, Syngenta, and Lodi UK. Your commitment to the industry is invaluable, and we’re grateful for your partnership.
It’s been fantastic to see all the positive comments on social media surrounding PestTech! We apologise if we have missed liking or replying to any of your comments—please know they’re much appreciated, and it’s wonderful to see such enthusiasm from the pest control community.
CRRU has also been a major focus this week, as we worked on providing updated guidance on the stewardship and certification requirements set for 2026. We are pleased in the part we have played in making this communication clearer for pest control professionals, supporting them in staying compliant and informed. It’s been an exciting development for the NPTA that our CEO, Kevin Lawrenson, was quoted in the CRRU release—a huge milestone that shows our voice is being heard at key levels.

Thank you again to everyone who helped make this a successful week for the NPTA and the pest control industry. We’re looking forward to building on these achievements and keeping our members informed and well-prepared for the future.
