NPTA Shortlisted for Two Categories at the 2026 TAF Awards
The National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA) is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for two categories at the 2026 Trade Association Forum (TAF) Awards, recognising the progress made by the association and the impact of its industry partnerships.
The NPTA has been shortlisted in the following categories:
-
Best Association Transformation
-
Best Association/Supplier Partnership
The TAF Awards celebrate excellence across the trade association sector, highlighting organisations that demonstrate innovation, collaboration and meaningful value for their members.
Shortlisting in the Best Association Transformation category reflects the significant work undertaken over the past year to refocus the NPTA around its core purpose of championing pest controllers and pest control businesses of all sizes. This has included strengthening member representation, expanding member benefits, investing in training and events, and modernising how the association engages with the wider industry.
Shortlisting in the Best Association/Supplier Partnership category recognises the collaboration between the NPTA and Syngenta through the 5<25 scheme, which is designed to support the development of young people and new entrants into the pest control industry. The partnership focuses on improving access to training, resources and early career support, helping to build a skilled, confident and sustainable workforce for the future.
Commenting on the shortlisting, Kevin Lawrenson, CEO of the NPTA, said:
The winners will be announced at the 2026 TAF Awards ceremony, where associations from across the UK will come together to celebrate best practice and achievement within the sector.
The NPTA would like to thank its members and partners for their continued support as the association continues to strengthen its role as the champion of pest controllers and pest control businesses across the UK.
