The Role

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London
• Conduct inspections and accurately diagnose pest activity
• Deliver planned maintenance visits and reactive call outs.
• Apply treatments (insecticides, rodenticides, and alternatives) safely and in line with legislation.
• Carry out follow-up visits to ensure full eradication
• Recommend proofing, hygiene, and preventative measures
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients
• Maintain accurate digital service reports and records
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe handling of materials

 

 

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Proven experience in pest control (essential)
• RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management (or equivalent)
• BPCA Registered or BASIS PROMPT CPD member (active from 01/01/2025)
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Smart, professional appearance (high-profile sites)
• Comfortable using digital reporting systems
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
