Training included in your membership
As part of Accredited Membership, training days are included in your fee, hence no extra cost. A full day typically earns 7 – 10 CPD points, with flexible half day or shorter options available. Tailored to your business, our training supports compliance, sharpens pest-specific skills, and delivers real value. Delivered around your needs, it helps develop your people and strengthen your business every step of the way.

PARTNERSHIP STANDARDS REVIEW (Formerly Audit)
A supportive, collaborative review of your business practices, policies, and procedures to help you meet and maintain the standards required for accreditation.
TECHNICAL MENTORING
Dedicated support from the NPTA Technical Team, who will work with you to assess your business, identify development areas, and provide practical, tailored advice. This includes help with documentation, compliance, pest-specific strategies, training needs, and more, building a long-term relationship focused on improving standards and supporting accreditation success.
TAILORED TRAINING
1. Under five employees: Access to a free NPTA training day for all employees.
2. Five or more employees: One tailored, face-to-face training session per year delivered by an NPTA Technical Manager, at your premises or an external venue. Topics will be agreed and aimed at meeting the need of your business. I.E H&S, rodent/bird control, documentation, etc.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS & SALES SUPPORT
Accredited Members can draw on the NPTA’s extensive experience in pest control operations and sales.
