PestTech 2026: Meet the Speakers and Presenters
A packed seminar programme
Our main seminar programme on the second floor starts with Matthew Davies and Richard Moseley from CRRU, who will provide the latest CRRU update, helping delegates stay informed on developments affecting rodenticide stewardship and professional pest management.
They’ll be followed by the NPTA’s own Duncan Bosomworth, who will explore Pest Control in Agriculture, drawing on his technical knowledge and experience to look at the challenges of delivering effective pest management within agricultural environments.
We’re also delighted to welcome John Dickson of Inbervel, who will be sharing his personal pest management journey and talking about selling your business, offering a different perspective for business owners and those thinking about what the future might look like for their company.
The countryside then takes centre stage as Glynn Evans from BASC explores the role of gamekeepers in rural pest management, before Alex Wade from BASF takes a technical look at insecticide formulations and modes of action.
Later in the afternoon, Alan Johnson of Danum Outdoors will share Wildlife Management Ideas, providing further practical insight into this increasingly important area of professional pest management.
The Pest Perspectives Podcast will also be live discussion about professional pest management from Pest Perspectives.
Shaun Muller, Matt O’Donnell, Karl Robertson and Dan Lucas will come together for a live conversation, bringing their different experiences and perspectives to PestTech and discussing some of the issues affecting pest professionals today.
Practical learning in the WASP area
Learning at PestTech isn’t confined to the seminar room.
The WASP – Workshop and Special Presentation – area on the first floor will once again provide short, practical sessions throughout the day, giving visitors the opportunity to get closer to the subject, speak directly with specialists and pick up knowledge they can take back into their day-to-day work.
This year we’ll welcome Paul Frost from Agralan for sessions on sprayer servicing, Luke Jones from CAPE Canine Detection covering bed bugs, and Simon Berenyi from Pale Horse Pest Control Ltd looking at drains.
John Hooker and Ian Crellin from the British Safety Industry Federation will deliver practical sessions on face fit testing, while Stuart Dell from Phillips Lighting will explore EFK and LED retrofitting. Each of the WASP sessions is repeated during the afternoon, giving visitors another opportunity to take part if they miss the morning session.
More than an exhibition
PestTech has always been about bringing the industry together, but it is also an opportunity to learn from the people working within it.
From regulation and technical pest management through to business ownership, rural pest control, wildlife management and practical demonstrations, this year’s speakers and presenters bring a huge breadth of knowledge and experience to the event.
PestTech 2026 takes place on Wednesday 4 November 2026.
