International Women’s Day is almost here!

 

As we count down to March 8, we’re celebrating the incredible women making their mark in pest control—technicians, business owners, trainers, and industry leaders who are driving progress and shaping the future of our profession.

This year’s theme  #AccelerateAction, is all about pushing for change, promoting equity, and ensuring talented women in our industry get the recognition they deserve.

At the National Pest Technicians Association, we’re committed to raising the profile of women in pest control and making sure this industry is a place where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

At our recent Nottingham ‘On the Road’ day, we asked a few people to share their thoughts on women in pest control and whether they would recommend the profession.
