March Update from the Office
Hi all, continuing from our update last month I’m here to let you know about what’s happening in the office this month as we approach the start of the new membership year.
Membership Invoices
Starting in March we will begin processing Membership invoices using the new method I mentioned last month, Xero. This allows us to create uniform easy to manage invoices on our end to significantly up our efficiency allowing us to get everyone’s invoices sent on time and be able to respond to any enquiries we receive. So be sure to keep an eye on your emails for these to come through instead of via post this time.
TrustMark Scheme
We have also started receiving your applications to the TrustMark scheme and will begin the next stage of the process involving those this month. To ensure that you meet the requirements for the scheme some extra evidence will need to be provided and we will get in contact with those that have signed the declaration when we need this. If you have yet to sign the declaration and would like to join the NPTA and TrustMark scheme you can find it at the link below.

PestEx 2026
Come say Hi to Donna and more of the team on stand 26 at BPCAs PestEx https://pestex.org/ running on 18th-19th March this year. Not to mention you can see Maxine at two on the road days this March.
