What is the Armed Forces Covenant?
The Armed Forces Covenant is a pledge of commitment to ensure that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly and with respect in their communities, workplaces, and daily lives.
By signing the Covenant, your business demonstrates it is Forces-friendly recognising the value that serving personnel, veterans, and reservists bring to the workplace.
The NPTA has proudly signed the Covenant and we’re calling on our members to do the same.
