The Syngenta NPTA 5<25 Professional Futures programme is an exciting new initiative designed to support young professionals entering the pest control industry. In partnership with Syngenta and Killgerm Training, the NPTA is offering a fully funded RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management to five NPTA members who employ someone under the age of 25.

This industry-recognised qualification, combined with mentoring, business support, and practical advice, provides a strong foundation for a successful career in pest control.
