Falls from height are consistently the biggest cause of workplace injury and death in the UK. There were 40 such fatalities in 2022-23. From servicing fly control units to installing bird proofing, work at heights is an integral part of pest control operations. Falls from height therefore are a constant threat, and diligent measures to prevent accidents occurring are a necessity.
