Another fantastic achievement to celebrate!

We’re delighted to share that Cassius Soudi of Pest Shield, based in Washington, Tyne and Wear, has successfully passed the RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management. The course was held in the NPTA office.

Cassius changed roles to enter our industry and be mentored by Pest-Shield. He joined the 5<25 in February 2026 and has since grown in confidence and experience. Not only has he passed the RSHP Level 2 Award in Pest Management, but he also obtained a distinction in module 1 and module 2.

This achievement highlights dedication to developing their skills and building a successful career in the pest management industry.

Great to see the Syngenta – NPTA (National Pest Technicians Association) 5<25 scheme make a difference.
