Job Description
This is a field-based role, The role would suit an enthusiastic individual who likes to manage their own time and spend the day solving bespoke customer problems face to face.
Your daily duties will include:
- Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and potential risks
- Cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour
- Advising customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises
- Completing accurate reports after every visit on a mobile device
- Always Maintaining high-level customer service and a professional image
Required Qualifications/Experience
- RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management
- Full UK driving licence, for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
Required Skills/Qualities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility with working patterns to support the business needs
- Work alongside other team members when needed.
Other Requirements
The right candidate needs to be self motivated, enthusiastic and have the ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
Be comfortable using mobile phone apps.
