Role: Pest Control Technician
Area Covered: Near Darlington | North East & Yorkshire

We’re a well-established, family-run pest control company experiencing continued growth and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable Pest Control Technician to join our expanding team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role delivering pest control services across a wide range of environments
- Servicing agricultural, commercial, and domestic sites
- Carrying out inspections, treatments, and preventative work
- Supporting with:
- Fumigations
- Pre-harvest store spraying
- Grounds maintenance (sites & head office)
- Producing clear, accurate service reports
- Managing your own schedule and workload
📍 Travel across the North East & Yorkshire required
🌙 Occasional overnight stays may be needed

What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who is hands-on, professional, and thrives working independently.
Essential:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Strong work ethic & self-motivated attitude
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Desirable:
- RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management (training provided if not held)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths
📚 You’ll be supported to achieve your RSPH Level 2 within 12 months if not already qualified.
Additional Info:
- Based locally to Darlington
- 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
- 6-month probation period
