Could Your Business Provide Pest Management Services to NHS Wales?
NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership is looking at future pest management services for Hywel Dda University Health Board and Swansea Bay University Health Board.
Whether you’re a sole trader, family business, local SME or larger provider, we’d like to understand how your business operates and what would help make NHS Wales opportunities more accessible to suppliers like you.
β You don’t need to have worked with the NHS before.
β You don’t need previous public sector experience.
β You don’t need to be a large company.
We’re keen to hear from local businesses of all sizes.
Help Us Get It Right
We’re asking suppliers to complete a short questionnaire and join a virtual engagement event later this year.
Your feedback will help us understand:
π The areas your business currently covers
π How far you’re willing to travel to deliver services
πΊοΈ Whether smaller local opportunities would work better than larger contracts
π§ What might put businesses off working with organisations like the NHS
π€ How NHS Wales can support local businesses and communities through this opportunity
The more feedback we receive, the better placed we’ll be to design an opportunity that works for suppliers and NHS Wales alike.
Have Your Say
We’ve created a short questionnaire to help us understand the pest management market across South and West Wales.
Whether you’ve worked with the NHS before or not, we’d like to hear from you.
Completing the questionnaire is not essential to attend the online engagement event, but the information you provide will help us focus the discussion on the topics that matter most to suppliers.
π Complete the questionnaire here: Integrated Pest Management Service – Pre Market Engagement Questionnaire β Fill in form
π Questionnaire closes at 23:59 on 17 September 2026
Join Our Online Discussion
We anticipate holding a virtual supplier engagement session during:
π» Week commencing 28 September 2026
This will provide an opportunity to hear more about our thinking, ask questions and share your views.
