Are you a qualified field biologist or advanced technician looking for your next challenge?
Kiwa Agri Food is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our expanding Pest Consultancy team. This remote, field-based role involves carrying out inspections and audits across a wide range of manufacturing, warehousing, and retail facilities in the UK and internationally.
To best support our key clients, we’re ideally looking for someone based in Watford, Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, or surrounding areas.
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, UK field-based role with clients located in London, Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Practical pest control experience in a wide range of facilities
- RSPH Level 2 Award or Certificate in Pest Management
- BPCA Advanced Technician in Pest Management
- Level 3 Food Safety
- NPTA or BPCA Certificated Field Biologist
Required Skills/Qualities
- Legislation relevant to public health pest control
- Storage and transport of pesticides
- Biology, behaviour and control of rats and mice
- Control of other vertebrate pests including birds, rabbits, foxes, squirrels, moles, and feral cats
- Public health insect pest biology and control including cockroaches, ants, wasps, flies, biting insects and stored product insects
- Pesticide application equipment
- Personal protective equipment
- Pesticide formulations and active ingredients
- Resilient, dynamic, and results-driven with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal relations at all levels
- Knowledge and understanding of various retailer standards
- Willingness to travel both in the UK and overseas
