This appointment forms a key component of PelGar’s newly strengthened Senior Leadership Team, introduced to enhance strategic alignment and support the company’s long-term global growth objectives. 

In this role, Andrej will lead PelGar’s global sales structure and collaborate with regional leads across APAC, Europe, the UK, the Americas, and France/Middle East/Africa, ensuring a consistent and coordinated approach to customer engagement worldwide. ​​

He will also provide strategic oversight to the Marketing function, helping to shape a unified commercial direction for PelGar while maintaining close alignment with regional needs and market dynamics.
