Rat Ban can be used in conjunction with other control measures and proofing works, reducing the risk of dead rats within the fabric of the building when rodenticide has been administered. This is particularly useful in circumstances where there is little to no access to the subfloor. Where rats are present as a result of a fault in the drain – when the drain is repaired it often leads to rats being trapped within the building – Rat Ban provides an exit route (aided with a smearing of lure on the rear of flap). Rat Ban also provides a humane alternative for the customer who is averse to “killing” anything.
