This is particularly useful in circumstances where there is little to no access to the subfloor. Where rats are present as a result of a fault in the drain – when the drain is repaired it often leads to rats being trapped within the building – Rat Ban provides an exit route (aided with a smearing of lure on the rear of flap). Rat Ban also provides a humane alternative for the customer who is averse to “killing” anything.
