WorkPlace RM (WRMOnline) is an all‑in‑one H&S management system that helps you run a safer, compliant business. As an NPTA member, you can use it to:

• Accident and incident reporting: Log, update and track incidents quickly
• Checklists and inspections: Build and complete digital checklists for site inspections and internal audits
• Document templates: Ready‑made pest control templates for tasked based Risk Assessments (RAs), Method Statements (MS), and COSHH assessments
• Training management: Assign H&S courses, track completion and keep a clear training record all while earning CPD points

Already using your own templates? You can upload and store your documents in WRMOnline so everything lives in one place.

 

How it works

1. Activate your access – Contact the NPTA office and ask for WorkPlace RM activation.
2. Set up your company profile – Add company details, users and basic preferences.
3. Add documents and templates – Personalise the built‑in pest control templates or upload your own.
4. Assign training and tasks – Enrol staff on H&S training and schedule routine checks.

Is WRMOnline really included with my membership?
Yes. NPTA membership includes free access to WorkPlace RM. Activation is managed by the NPTA office.

Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Create user logins for managers and technicians so tasks and training can be assigned and tracked.

Does it replace my existing H&S documents?
You can use the platform’s templates or upload your own. Many members do a bit of both.

What about data security?
WRMOnline is a secure, cloud‑based system. Use company‑level permissions and user roles to control access.

Who supports the system?
NPTA will help you activate your account. Platform and how‑to support is provided in‑app and via the WRM team.
