TrustMark and the NPTA

TrustMark is the only UK Government-Endorsed Quality Scheme for work carried out in or around the home. It operates under a Master Licence Agreement issued by the Department for Business and Trade.

The NPTA is a TrustMark Scheme Provider, which means eligible NPTA members can apply to become TrustMark registered businesses. This provides independent recognition that a business meets TrustMark’s requirements for technical competence, trading practices and customer service

This page will help you find the right information, whether you are an NPTA member looking to join TrustMark or a customer wanting to understand what TrustMark means and what to do if something goes wrong.
