£28,000 to £31,000 depending on experience

Job Description
We are looking for a highly proficient, Operations Team Leader to assist in the day to day running of a busy pest control business.
We are seeking an individual with a proactive and organised approach who can effectively communicate with both customers and colleagues and be the lead in a small team.
The role includes:
• Processing customer enquiries and orders by phone and online, for new and existing customers.
• Setting up new Client Accounts on our dedicated Software.
• Logistics and route planning – allocating and scheduling of Technicians’ daily appointments.
• Liaising with Technicians on a regular basis and working together to deliver a first class service.
• Dealing with existing Client queries and concerns.
• General office duties to ensure the overall smooth running of operations.
• Using our dedicated software ServiceM8 for day to day activities (Training will be provided).
Required Qualifications/Experience
Ideally you have experience in a previous operational or logistics role.
If you have current Pest Control field experience, and are looking for a change of career direction this role could also be suitable for you and we are open to candidates with the relevant skill set that may wish to make this move.

• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling confident communication with individuals at all levels. Excellent written and verbal English.
• Confident with using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Experience of Pest Control industry would be an advantage, although not essential.
To be successful in this role, you will need to quickly acquire a good understanding of the business and apply this knowledge to deal efficiently and professionally with a wide range of queries and tasks. On the job training will be provided to facilitate this.
