What is the difference between Servicing and Accredited Membership?
Servicing Members meet NPTA’s core membership requirements. Accredited Members complete an enhanced audit that reviews their documentation, standards and operational practice. Accredited Membership provides extra assurance for clients who prefer audited providers.
How long does it take to become a member?
Most applications are processed within five to ten working days. Accredited Membership may take longer due to the audit process.
Can I join as a new pest controller?
Yes. New technicians can join as long as they meet the membership criteria. NPTA training and support can help you develop skills and knowledge as you start your career.
Will my company appear in the online directory?
Members can choose whether or not to be listed publicly. Accredited Members receive priority placement.
Do members receive training discounts?
Yes. Members benefit from reduced rates on specialist courses and access to free regional training days.
Can large companies join the NPTA?
Yes. NPTA membership includes companies of all sizes, from single operators to national organisations. Group membership options are available.
Do I need to renew every year?
Membership is renewed annually. Renewal reminders and instructions are sent in advance.
Can I upgrade to Accredited Membership later?
Yes. Servicing Members can upgrade once they feel ready to complete the audit process.
What support do members receive?
Members receive technical guidance, business updates, exclusive discounts and access to NPTA’s full training programme.
I have a question about membership. How do I get in touch?
You can contact the NPTA office for help with applications, renewals or general queries.
