An Update from the Office
Hi all,
as part of our progress into 2026 and beyond we are making some behind the scenes changes to the way we handle things, and we’d like to keep you all informed. It’s been a busy start of the year so far with plenty of tidying our data and getting it ready for some new software aimed to improve productivity and ease of use in the office.
To start with we’ve updated our CRM system, which is what we use to manage the information we store about you and your company, in such a way that it’ll be easier for us to keep track of and add to your existing records. We’re also hoping to use the system to help promote our Courses and On The Road Days, keeping you informed if there’s something happening in your area.
We’re also testing a new invoicing method that we hope to use for this year’s membership renewals. Some of you may have even already received this new method if you’ve signed up for one of our courses! With the implementation of this new email invoicing system, we’re hoping to make things smoother and simpler than ever before. In light of this if you would like to have your invoices sent to a separate email address than the one we typically use for you, please could you let me know at alex.jones@npta.org.uk so we can confirm we have this information.
As we continue into 2026, trust that we’ll be hard at work here in the office. Whether it’s handling enquiries, managing courses or simply keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, our focus stays firmly on supporting you and we’re always here to help.
